At LitarelAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our paid subscription plans. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our billing practices.
2. Free Plan
Our Free plan is completely free of charge and does not require any payment information. No refund is applicable for the Free plan as no charges are incurred.
3. Paid Subscriptions
LitarelAI offers the following paid subscription plans:

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of first payment: If you are unsatisfied with the Service after your trial period ends and your first payment is processed, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
- Service issues: If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Accidental charges: If you were charged after canceling your subscription due to a processing error, we will issue a full refund promptly.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billingand click "Cancel Subscription".

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and you will not be charged again.
7. Billing Through Paddle
All payments for LitarelAI are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing. When you subscribe, your payment will appear on your statement as a charge from Paddle or PADDLE.NET*Litarelai. For billing inquiries, you can contact Paddle directly or reach out to our support team.
8. Exceptions
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge in question
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with SEO ranking results (as we provide tools and data, not guaranteed outcomes)
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal (unless requested within 48 hours of renewal)
