• Review monitoring and AI-powered response suggestions
• Local search heatmap visualizations
• Downloadable and white-label PDF audit reports

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

LitarelAI offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access with basic audit capabilities.
• Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Agency): Enhanced features with monthly billing.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LitarelAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
